Decline in First-Time BOC Test Takers?

Looking at the number of certified athletic trainers, should we be worried about the decline in how many first-time test takers that are sitting for the certification exam, or are we still seeing the aftershocks of COVID attendance and the shift from the bachelor's to master's programs?

What recruiting strategies should ATs start looking into to increase our student populations?
